The Arbikie Highland Estate Distillery was founded in 2013 by the Stirling Brothers, but the earliest recorded mention of a distillery on that farm goes back to 1794. They turned their grain into Scotch, Gin, and Vodka, and when they decided for a historic move to make the first Scottish Rye Whisky in a hundred years, they started growing that as well. Their farm, their soil and seeds,
