A multi-dimensional wine

Oliver Tricon Chablis 2022 polic-estate It's the kind of thingBrilliant pale straw colour with green highlighted outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of pear and red apple intermingle with hints of quince and wet stone. Enticing pear and red apple fruits linger over a lime and wet slate back drop. Nicely rounded in the mouth it finishes dry with brisk acidity and a slatey mid length aftertaste.
