A Wehrpa constructed of a card stock binding with all 52 paginated interior pages intact and featuring handwritten entries, the former indicating that the booklet was issued to Alfons Herrmann, a veteran of the First World War who served on the Western Front from 31 July 1914 until 8 November 1918, with undated award entries for the 1914 Iron Cross II Class, Silver Grade Wound Badge, and the Honour Cross of the World War 1914
