Constructed of dark green rayon, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with machine embroidered silver aluminum wire tresses, bearing a central inscription of UNTEROFFIZIERVORSCHULE in Gothic script of identical construction, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 380 mm (l), with the remnants of an adhesive at each end consistent with previous display, in near extremely fine condition
