Both badges depict imagery of an anchor, a cherry blossom and a laurel victory wreath on the obverse, with Japanese characters on the reverse with a vertical pinback. The first badge measures at 29 mm in diameter and weighs 9. 6 grams, and the second measures at 23 mm in diameter and weighs 5. 4 grams. Each badge presents a dark patina, light wear, but both remain in very fine condition.
