The palate is complex and extremely peppery with dark berry notes and smooth tannins. The finish is long and savoury. Winemaking Notes The grapes were all de stemmed and partially fermented whole berries in open fermenters then lightly pressed at the end of fermentation directly into 30% new French oak barriques and puncheons.
