Bachelet-Monnot Puligny-Montrachet 2023 40-100 truffle-based dishes and mature cheesesFabulous Puligny, deep and textured yet loaded with floral and citrus lift and tension. It comes from four very well placed sites and the youngest vines are 25 years old the average age is considerably higher. Like all the wines, 100% indigenous ferment and only 350 litre barrels. This is an creamy, layered Puligny loaded with lime and white floral aromas and flavours as well as some sappy, classy oak and smoky reduction. The finish is all class.
