Germany, Weimar Republic. A German Field Honour Decoration Newly Listed 108 mm x 225 mm(Deutsches Feld Ehrenzeichen mit Anstecknadel und Etui). Constructed of silvered and gilded bronze with enamels, the obverse consisting of an elongated eight pointed radiant star, the obverse bearing a central oval medallion overlaid by a raised German soldier in Stahlhelm and full field gear, surrounded by a pebbled gilt border, in turn forming the centrepiece of a white enameled Cross Patte with crossed swords piercing the centrepiece, the reverse
