Constructed of machine embroidered gold threading on a tan rayon blended background EM NCO breast eagle, constructed of densely woven BeVo style machine embroidery in grey and tan threading on a tan rayon backer, measuring 137 mm (w) x 58 mm (h), unissued and in near mint condition.
