Constructed of red cotton twill, the exterior trimmed with black machine embroidered borders, with a central white cotton disk bearing a black machine embroidered mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 170 mm (w) x 105 mm (h), some soiling evident to the exterior, in overall better than very fine condition.
