Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in an autoclave at a controlled temperature according to the Charmat Method. Malolactic fermentation not carried out. Description: bright straw yellow in colour, it has intense aromas of fresh grapes, peach and white flowers. In the mouth it has a fine perlage that never overpowers the
