On the nose, it is intense and ample, with spicy notes. On the palate, it is warm and enveloping, with great structure, elegance, and complexity; it evolves in the glass as the temperature changes. Hand harvested with cold maceration for 8 hours. Fermentation takes place in new Allier barriques. It ages in the same containers for approximately 8 months. Blending is then carried out, followed by
