It opens with fragrances of Sherry, maple syrup, flowers, vanilla, and dried fruits. Mellow and long in the mouth, with a nice balance between Sherrys warmth and the fresh flavors that only barley can produce. This is a fabulous demonstration of a whisky matured in a very impregnated sweet PX sherry cask. Its label does not indicate time
