This Recioto di Soave has an intense gold colour with perfumes of dried apricots and lightly toasted almonds

fennel-like leaves and a brilliant mass of white flowers

while the soils here are a complex mix of gravel and clay over a base of clay

only in stainless steel tanks

Holm Oak Pinot Noir 2025 refosco-dal-penducolo-rosso This wine is officially entitledIt was a relatively mild year, characterised by higher humidity levels and warmer than average nights. This led to our Pinot being well balanced with lovely aromatics, bright fruit and fine tannin structure. Our Pinot has beautiful dark cherry and strawberry characters on the nose with some earthy, spicey complexity. The palate has fantastic fruit intensity, vibrant acidity and fine silky tannins.
