Much of it was thanks to John Ramsay, the legendary mastermind behind the Whisky. Upon retiring in 2009, he put together the best of the best: 20 second fill American oak casks vatted into Sherry butts of those, only 2 were selected and vatted together to 93. 4 proof. Tasting this gem, we cant think of a more spectacular way to say goodbye. 1
