Belpoggio Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2023 chateau-fieuzal lightly effervescent with brioche onBrunello's little brother, a great red wine with good structure, lively and fresh. Vinification, with temperature controlled maceration, lasts 8 to 10 days. The first part of the aging process takes place in oak barrels for at least 12 months ; the wine is then bottled and left to age for another 3 months before being released for sale.
