Prussia, State. An Order Of The Red Eagle In Gold, Miniature, C.1900 Archive measuring 23 mm (w) x(Preuische Rote Adlerorden). Instituted on 12 June 1792. A miniature Order of the Red Eagle, constructed of gilded bronze, a cross patte with four arms in white enamels, the obverse with a circular enamelled medallion depicting a hand painted Brandenburg crowned eagle, the reverse with the crowned cipher of King Friedrich Wilhelm, measuring 17. 64 mm (w) x 19. 92 mm (h), and in extremely fine condition.
