The 2014 vintage signals the latest iteration of Charles Heidsieck's 100% Chardonnay cuvée

macerated on skins for more than 4 weeks with very gentle extraction using pump overs with a little punching down at the end of ferment to free the last sugar in the skins and fermented in tulip shaped concrete tanks

Minimal contact on skins has lead to the lighter colour and soft gentle flavours

Grand Calcaire Chablis Millesime 2022 chantereves including some of the bestBeautiful pale golden hue. Expressive and intense nose dominated by spring flowers ( calendula, daisy ) and citrus aromas (lemongrass and candied lemon) complemented by subtle spicy notes ( angelica, ginger, cedar) and a touch of sugared almonds. On entry to the palate, the wine is fresh, lively and zesty with good length and a minerality that finish with refreshing notes of orange peel.
