A Luftschutz Ehrenzeichen, Zweiter Stufe (Air Raid Defence Medal, II Class) document, awarded to August Wagener, dated 21 April 1943, issued in Berlin, presenting a facsimile signature in black ink of Otto Meissner, embossed with an official seal towards the bottom left corner, measuring 21 cm (w) x 29. 5 cm (h), and in better than very fine condition.
