each the cuffs exhibiting a horizontal fold mark 75 mm from the opening

are found sets of three vertically stacked holes for the belt which is no longer present

although more are possibly obscured by the thick coat of replacement paint

Constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered silver aluminum wire Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 110 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), demonstrating moderate oxidation throughout the wire, in uniform removed and very fine condition.
