Polished Lime Magnesite specimen. MAP218 rock blocks Weighs 53 gramsMAP218. Magnesite (Lemon chrysoprase) rough rock, cut and polished on one side with a natural back. Half of a complete nodule ! Dimensions at widest points approximately 120 mm x 70 mm x 45 mm thick. Weighs 596 grams. The subtle lime green colouration is caused by the presence of nickel mineralisation. From north of Kalgoorlie , Western Australia.
