The sake, produced by the distillery, is distilled once, macerated with bonaticals, and then distilled a second time. Yuzu was used to produce this gin. The peel of the yuzu and its by products creates a beautiful aroma of freshly grated yuzu peel with a clean and light mouthfeel.
