At first glance, it seems like a classic rose gold Altiplano, but if you flip it over, youll find a special inscription: Los diputados del Peru a su presidente Armando de la Flor Dic. 1961 This translates to: The deputies of Peru, to their President Armando de la Flor, December 1961.
