2022 Etna Bianco DOC Cottanera cherry and pomegranate fruit isAfter the success of the Etna Rosso, Cottanera also brought a white Etna onto the market. The wine was only aged in wooden barrels for a very short time so as not to mask its fine fruit. The Etna Bianco DOC consists of Carricante and Catarratto. The grapes are harvested at an altitude of around 700 meters on Mount Etna. Grape variety: Carricante and Catarratto Color: sparkling light yellow Fragrance: intense and almost exotic Taste: full, fine fresh
