The grape varieties used for the cuve are Catarratto, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewrztraminer. These grow at up to 900 meters above sea level, which causes them to ripen a bit later. The white wine appears in a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections and entices with lovely aromas of grapefruit, apple, pear, peach, and fresh herbs. Bellissima!
