San Salvatore: Jungano 2020 Acquerello ausgewogen mit einer guten SäureJungano, named after the village Giungano where the winery is located, is a pure Aglianico. It matures for one year in wooden and steel tanks. The wine shows a sparkling ruby red color and a bouquet of cherries, blackberries, violets, and spices. On the palate, it is powerful and full bodied with elegant tannins and a long, persistent finish.
