Modern Kamenoo Kioke der in Flüssen in ganzAs we opened the bottle and smelled it for the first second, we all nodded in agreement "very Senkin". It is an aromatic fruit forward sake that, if compared to the wine world, would be like an aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. Beautiful acidity counterbalances the gentle sweetness and complexity takes on from the rice. All rice used in this production was hand picked from the brewery's land.
