On the palate, precious wood spice, delicate hints of vanilla, and dark chocolate, as well as dark berry notes and subtle cassis nuances, are present. A pleasantly smoky red bell pepper spice, with a very round and harmonious finish. Aging: 12 months in small oak barrels (100% new wood). Alcohol: 14. 0% vol., dry.
