We compose this roasting spice salt in our workshop in Klingenberg am Main on a base of Spanish sea salt. The profile: a robust, savoury opening of black pepper and garlic, a warm herb heart of rosemary, sage and marjoram, and a rounded finish of allspice and nutmeg.
