Chilikernöl 0,1l Alk. 40.5% vol. Cabernet Sauvignon and SyrahPure seed oil from ripe chillies is deep red, fruity and intensely hot. Different types of seeds were used for this chili seed oil, which have a degree of heat of up to 20,000 Scoville (= the unit of measure for the heat of chillies). The noble fruity spicy aroma is suitable even in small quantities for refining steaks, grilled and pasta dishes as well as Asian dishes. A creamy vegetable soup or a chocolate dessert can also be wonderfully prepared
