It starts with the fact that this Franciacorta, made in the Champagne style, is aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Some may miss the usual barrique aroma. However, we are simply thrilled. The grapes are selectively hand harvested (baskets of max. 18 kg). The average annual production is: 1,200 bottles Yield per hectare: 95 quintals of grapes ha = 55 hl ha.
