A Lovely Soft Cotton WWII Period British Vintage Printed Union Jack Flag sub-Rugs- Carpets & Textiles drill bit and bradawlOrigin: British Period: Mid Twentieth Century Provenance: Unknown Date: c. 1945 Height: 30 inches Width: 42 inches The printed Union Jack flag in soft thin cotton is in worn but sound order with a lovely consistent gentle fade across the textile surviving from the second quarter of the twentieth century and probably used to celebrate victory in the Second World War. There is some fraying to some edges providing real character and a corded rope running
