While Sumatra is not very high altitude, growers benefit from the rich volcanic soil and tropical climate. The coffee is named after north Sumatras Mandailing people an ethnic group and not so much a region. Sumatra Mandheling is often described as earthy, with an intense herbal aroma. You'll find the flavor is
