Here, a blond ale is fermented and aged on the lees of a maceration of Aligot from cult Burgundian vigneron Yann Durieux, spending six months in Durieuxs old barriques. The end result is a beer with ample power and drive, balanced by the characteristic bracing acidity of Aligot.
