the whole executed with that crisp clarity of application that characterised 1930s romantic painting
and often visiting his studio
A miraculous journey and tantalising to think whose hands these have been through
Ostend' in earlier exhibitions but clearly the subject matter depicts Haarlem so we have amended the title accordingly
