Designed to show the other side of Sauvignon Blanc (Strohmeiers Sonne is a Sauvignon Blanc made with skin contact), the grapes are pressed directly into 500 liter barrels, where the fermented must spends 12 months aging. Elegant, fresh, and vivid, the wine highlights Strohmeiers impressive versatility.
