The Persimmon Butter is from June Taylor Jams and is our newest collaboration. June made this special edition fruit butter using Fuyu persimmons grown from Broc's very own Fox Hill Vineyard. Fruit butter is made from fruit thats cooked, pured and cooked a second time to concentrate the flavors.
