Future Perfect - Estate Pinot Noir 2023 750ml LIST " - Soul Growers"Pinot Noir from Kinvarra, Upper Derwent (18%) and Brownwood, Coal River (82%). Small parcels of fruit all fermented separately with varying amounts of whole bunch and maceration times to build layers and complexity. Matured for 11 months in a mix of barrels with approx 15% new oak. Exotic notes with dark cherry, blackberry and bramble patch backed by ample tannin. Dense fruit, raspy tannin and supple texture. Approachable now but plenty of potential
