It is decorated with a round seal on both sides which reads "double happiness" in Chinese

Made to hold a small round bottomed vase or other treasure

The beautiful grain on the face of this piece compliments the detailed hardware nicely

Having been in storage for most of the past century this plate remains in good condition with with a repair that can be seen in photo #8
