Ferrando, 2023 hide-search FranceGrapes: ViognierBubbly one night stand on skins. Sparkling rosato made from Lambrusco Salamino. The grapes spend just one night on their skins, creating a light, vibrant wine with a lovely pink hue. Fermentation begins in vats, with a touch of must added for a second fermentation in the bottle. The result is a lively, cloudy sparkler bursting with flavours of blood orange, earthy notes, and a hint of bitter herbs.
