With strong growth and a strong scent the small open petalled pink flowers, which are attractive to bees, repeat throughout summer. In late summer whilst some of the later blooms are still flowering the bush will produce large bright red hips. Growing up to 100cm or so tall and can spread to c 150cm, this shrub suits any aspect in sun or partial shade.
