Schooner, Munich, Vampire Rye, Winter Wheat, Biscuit, Voodoo & Rolled Oats. Hopped in the boil w East Kent Goldings (UK) and Tettnang (DE) to 18 IBU. This beer was boiled for 3 hours as was done traditionally to achieve kettle caramelisation. This imparts colour and flavour which is only achieved through this process.
