2020 Roennfeldt Road Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Sauvignon Rich mulberry and black cherriesFrom 1912 vines on red clay mixed with alluvial loam, the one barrel of our 2020 flagship Cabernet Sauvignon was matured in a new French oak barrel for one year, then put into seasoned oak barrel for the second. The 2020 vintage shows freshness and vibrancy, with pure cassis and floral violet notes. Deep crimson. Dark berry, black olive, sandalwood aromas. Impressively concentrated dark berry espresso, sandalwood flavours and underlying cedar tannins.
