Grenache from old vines, aged for two years in old barrels, the wine slowly transformed from the expected richness of Grenache Noir to something more akin to Pinot Noir, with its sensual complexity deepening over time. Black cherries, thyme, and enticing cacao in the finish its a wine thats both gorgeously expressive now, and perfect for cellaring.
