We took a look back through the archives at some of our favourite DIPAs over the years and cherry picked the parts of each we think made them special. The resulting beer is House Rules. This hazy DIPA is unashamedly thick and bursting with juicy tropical fruit character. We get distinct notes of mango, lime and mandarin on the nose with it opening to more juicy mango,
