Yoshitoshi Giclee Woodblock Print Hachiro "Courageous Warriors" Series 8"X10" Ceramic Period: Edo (1603–1868)This is a 8" x 10" gicle reproduction print of a Japanese Meiji era ukiyo e (woodblock print) from the series " Yoshitoshi's Courageous Warriors" c. 1886. It is by the great Japanese artist Yoshitoshi Tsukioka (1839 to 1892). It shows the general and archer Chinzei Hachiro Minamoto Tametomo shown exiled to the island of Ashijima in the Izu region. The original was published by Akiyama Buemon This is a gicle print. It is from a very high resolution
