This mandrel is mounting all types of Goblet buffing wheels, including Tapered Buffs, Goblet Buffs, Cylinder Buffs and sewn wheels with a pinhole center. This mandrel is similar to our Mandrel 05. Used for: taper buffs, goblet buffs and, cylinder buffs. Also used for any wheel with a pinhole center.
