Trousseau, 2022 vegan it is light-footed and smoothLight footed yet generous, this is a Trousseau that will put a smile on your face. Its produced from young vines, with the grapes pressed whole bunch press, before ageing in fibreglass and foudre, and bottling without filtration, fining or added sulphur.
