Chain guard comes supplied in a primer finish (must be painted prior to installing). Suitable for applications that originally came equipped with a 42 7701 unit. Fits most BSA applications from the B31, B33, A7, A10, etc from approx 1954 & later that came with the "crinkle" style rear hub and swingarm only (not suitable for Ariel style hub
