Christopher Creek Samaay Red Blend Cennatoio Aged in stainless steelNotes of darker fruit, some softer tannins, and a very approachable blend. This blend consists of Syrah, Petite Sirah, Pinot Noir, Cabernet and Zinfandel. A nice harvest red blend style! 18 month on oak, with 50% new oak. The new oak is 50% American and 50% French.
